Hector, also known as “Tito,” is the visionary chef with over 20 years of culinary experience in renowned restaurants across Puerto Rico and the United States. His brother, Migue, complements the team with 15 years of experience as a volleyball coach and sales representative. Inspired by his mom Hilda, his brother Tito and sisters Mari and Ana, Migue learned the art of cooking, bringing his own passion to the kitchen.
Our connection with Swamp Cat Brewery, founded on shared interests in sports and community, has created a unique partnership that combines exceptional beer with our Latin fusion dishes. We are grateful and thrilled for this opportunity to blend great flavors with great brews.
